  • guidance for independent exercises and activity – the training doesn't stop when the session ends

  • postural and mobility 'homework' to help you feel better in your body

  • support between sessions

Personal training is available:

  • on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis

  • at Freshford Fitness home gym or in a local fitness facility

  • online
