Outdoor Bootcamp – Freshford

Get your fix of fresh air and fitness and feel energised all day! These sessions are always popular as they are such a fun, sociable way to build cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. The training is interval-based and uses various small equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands etc) for a fast-paced 45-minute whole-body session. The workout can be scaled to suit all abilities, and you can take it at your own pace, so don't be put off if you're a total beginner or haven't worked out for a while!

All weather :-). Please BYO mat and water. We advise wearing layers, and gloves in the colder months.

Dynamic Mobility – Freshford

Dynamic Mobility draws inspiration from yoga, a practice with deep roots in Indian philosophy and culture, and modern movement disciplines like mobility training and functional fitness.

Sessions include breath-led movement, flowing sequences and drills to support joint health, increase range of motion, and develop strength. Each session balances effort and ease to unlock stiffness, enhance muscular control, and leave you feeling more grounded in your body.

Whether you’re coming from yoga, looking to complement your training, or using this as your main workout, you’ll find a mindful, whole-body approach to movement. This isn’t a traditional yoga class, but it respectfully incorporates aspects of the physical practice, so if you already love yoga, you’ll find familiar elements—breath, flow and awareness. These are blended with targeted mobility and strength-building work to support your practice and overall movement health.

You are encouraged to move at your own pace, though a reasonable base level of fitness is recommended.

Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training (max. 3 people) in a calm, garden-based setting, offering the individual attention you need to train effectively and confidently. Each 60-minute session is designed to help you get stronger, develop muscle tone and improve posture.

The focus is on functional strength using dumbbells, barbells, weight plates and bodyweight, with programming tailored to your goals and ability. Progress is tracked and regularly reviewed, ensuring you stay motivated and supported every step of the way. You can read more about my approach to personal training here.

- Sessions must be booked in advance and registration will close the evening before the session.

YogArt – the winter edition

Art & Yoga Afternoon Retreat

Create art from the heart and find flow through movement.

This restorative and inspiring afternoon retreat includes an art workshop exploring expressive painting through playful process, bookended by nourishing yoga and relaxation practices.

You will begin the afternoon with a yoga flow, and then enjoy hygge homemade sweet treats and hot drinks as you are guided through an explorative 'no-pressure' art workshop.

The afternoon concludes with a short, gentle yoga session and candlelight meditation.

You will end the day having created your own unique painting to take home, and hopefully feeling relaxed and uplifted – having rediscovered your creative flow!

Led by artist Annabel Menheneott & yoga instructor Liz Lowe.

Please bring: an exercise mat

Please wear: comfy clothes you can move freely in, and don't mind getting paint on!

- you may cancel your booking up to 31.12.25 for an administration fee of £10. After this, no refunds can be given, but you may transfer your booking to another person.
