Outdoor Bootcamp – Freshford

Get your fix of fresh air and fitness and feel energised all day! These sessions are always popular as they are such a fun, sociable way to build cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. The training is interval-based and uses various small equipment (dumbbells, med balls, resistance bands etc) for a fast-paced 45-minute whole-body session. The workout can be scaled to suit all abilities, and you can take it at your own pace, so don't be put off if you're a beginner or haven't worked out for a while!

All weather :-). Please BYO mat and water. We advise wearing layers, and gloves in the colder months.

Outdoor Forever Fit Bootcamp (Older Adults) – Freshford

NEW FOR SEPTEMBER!

Fresh air and movement is a powerful combo that will help you feel stronger and more energised! Forever Fit Bootcamp is geared towards older adults and is a sociable way to build fitness in a welcoming, supportive environment.

The exercises improve muscular endurance, core stability and balance, and you'll get some steps in too! Low impact and suitable for all levels, this 45-minute session uses dumbbells, resistance bands and other small equipment to strengthen your whole body. We use mats in the summer months when the grass is dry and temperatures higher, but stay upright otherwise.

We advise wearing layers, sports shoes with some grip and gloves in the colder months. Please bring water.

Dynamic Mobility – Freshford

NEW FOR SEPTEMBER!

Dynamic Mobility draws inspiration from yoga, a practice with deep roots in Indian philosophy and culture, and modern movement disciplines like mobility training and functional fitness.

Sessions include breath-led movement, flowing sequences and drills to support joint health, increase range of motion, and develop strength. Each session balances effort and ease to unlock stiffness, enhance muscular control, and leave you feeling more grounded in your body.

Whether you’re coming from yoga, looking to complement your training, or using this as your main workout, you’ll find a mindful, whole-body approach to movement. This isn’t a traditional yoga class, but it respectfully incorporates aspects of the physical practice, so if you already love yoga, you’ll find familiar elements—breath, flow and awareness. These are blended with targeted mobility and strength-building work to support your practice and overall movement health.

You are encouraged to move at your own pace, though a reasonable base level of fitness is recommended.
