
Small group personal training (max. 3 people) in a calm, garden-based setting, offering the individual attention you need to train effectively and confidently. Each 60-minute session is designed to help you get stronger, develop muscle tone and improve posture.
The focus is on functional strength using dumbbells, barbells, weight plates and bodyweight, with programming tailored to your goals and ability. Progress is tracked and regularly reviewed, ensuring you stay motivated and supported every step of the way. You can read more about my approach to personal training here.

Summer term special: drop-in rate reduced to £18.00 (previously £19.50)

- Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Due to limited spaces, it's requested that 24 hours notice is given for any cancellations.
UPDATE – while there are still several weeks of Small-Group Personal Training on the timetable, these sessions are being phased out so I can focus on 1:1 and 1:2 personal training.
