About me

I'm Liz and I help people build lasting strength, improve mobility, and feel more energised — at every age. I believe movement is medicine and the better we move, the better we feel.

As a personal trainer, yoga teacher and mobility coach, I specialise in developing strength and mobility concurrently to enhance movement patterns in everyday life and/or athletic performance.

I transitioned into the fitness industry after many years working in the world of wine – a very different sphere but one that also requires dedication and commitment to ensure clients have the most positive experience possible. Of course, these days clients tend to feel much better the next day! I love being able to help people feel better in their bodies over the long-term, and showing clients that getting chronologically older isn't the whole picture and needn't be a barrier to fitness gains.

My love of and fascination with movement has developed over many years. I have worked with some amazing teachers, and continue to do so. Here is a brief summary of my training to date.
