About me

I’m Liz, and I help people build lasting strength, improve mobility, and feel more energised — at every age. I believe movement is medicine, and that the better we move, the better we feel.

As a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and mobility coach, I specialise in combining strength and mobility training to enhance movement patterns — whether that’s for everyday life or athletic performance.

I came to the fitness world after many years working in the wine industry — a very different environment, but one that also demands care, commitment, and attention to detail to give clients the best possible experience. These days, my clients tend to feel much better the next day!

I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to their bodies — especially as they age. Getting older is inevitable, but decline isn’t. I love showing clients that age is only one part of the picture, and it’s never too late to build strength, improve movement, and feel good.

My fascination with movement has developed over many years. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some exceptional teachers, and I continue to study and evolve my approach. You’ll find a summary of my training and qualifications below.
