Quick, effective, bodyweight strength and mobility routine. You'll need a mat, but nothing else.

8-exercises to cover all the bases: Inchworms, World's Greatest Stretch, Plank to Pike, Fire Hydrants, Cossack Squats, Split Squats, Swimmers & Sphinx, plus a few bonus stretches in amongst it!
