Full Body Strength Circuit (20 mins, no equipment)

Express mini circuit to challenge the whole body with just four exercises! We do sumo squats, pendulum lunges, Spiderman planks and modified side planks. Three out of the four exercises here challenge the core :-).

The video includes a short warm-up and quick stretch - please supplement with additional mobility videos if needed.
