Full Body Strength Circuit 2 (20 mins, no equipment)

Short and sweet four-exercise circuit to challenge the whole body.

Side squats, single-leg bridges, push-ups (different options offered) and Superman for back strength and posture.

The video includes a short warm-up and quick stretch - please supplement with additional mobility videos if needed.
