Bootcamp Express 2 (20 mins)

Targeted, effective and fun full-body workout! We do an 8-exercise circuit three times though, working with 30-second intervals. A mix of cardio and bodyweight strength work. Low impact options are given throughout. No need for any weights, although you could hold one dumbbell goblet style for some of the lower body work if you wanted.

The video includes a short warm-up and quick stretch - please supplement with additional mobility videos if needed.

A note on all Freshford Fitness videos:
