Fast-paced and energising Bootcamp Express!
We do four tabata cycles (8 x 20 second intervals) including upper and lower bodyweight strength work and a good hit of cardio. Low impact options are given throughout. No need for any weights, although you could hold one dumbbell (goblet hold) for the lower body work if you wanted.
The video includes a short warm-up and quick stretch - please supplement with additional mobility videos if needed.
