GROUP FITNESS PERSONAL TRAINING SCHEDULE

Anti-Desk Neck & Upper Back Mobility (10 mins)

A slow and targeted stretch out for the neck and thoracic spine areas, plus some upper back strengthening and a little hip mobility for good measure.

PS ignore the bit where I say it's five minutes! It's ten, but time well spent :-)
