are experiencing symptoms like leaking, heaviness, or lack of control
want to understand your body better and develop simple strategies to improve pelvic floor and bladder function
feel cautious or unsure when exercising, and uncertain what to avoid or what could make things worse
Online Group Coaching comprises four weekly live calls, a structured programme to follow and check-ins between sessions for support and accountability. If you're unable to make any live calls, recorded versions will be made available to you. Of course, I will be on hand to support with anything you need throughout.
All clients complete a detailed health-screening form, so I can ensure the coaching is a good fit and offer more tailored advice.
Pelvic floor issues are incredibly common, but there is so much you can do to improve the functionality of this muscle group. Education, awareness, targeted exercises and learning how to adapt daily movements can help many women – sometimes even small lifestyle changes can lead to big improvements. Please note: this is not a medical assessment or diagnosis. As a coach, I focus on movement, exercise, and education to support your pelvic floor health. Where appropriate, I may recommend working alongside a pelvic health physiotherapist.
