Pelvic Floor Coaching – Online Group Course

Build strength from within through this structured, supportive and effective online programme.

Pelvic floor issues are incredibly common but education, awareness, targeted exercises and knowing how to adapt daily movement to better support the pelvic floor can help many women. Sometimes even small lifestyle changes can lead to big improvements. Read more about Pelvic Floor Coaching here.

Online Group Coaching includes four weekly live calls and regular check-ins for support and accountability. If you're unable to make any live calls, pre-recorded, condensed versions will be made available to you.

Alongside and after the group calls, the accompanying online material allows the flexibility to work through the supporting online material at your own pace. Of course, I will be on hand to support with anything you need throughout.
