
1:1 Pelvic Floor Coaching is ideal if you want more individual focus, more tailored sessions and more flexibility.
In four face-to-face or online sessions (45 minutes), we will cover pelvic floor education, help you build awareness of the muscles and how they work, address your specific challenges and put together strategies to help you manage them.
These sessions can be conducted at the Freshford training space, allowing for them to be delivered as a combination of pelvic floor coaching and personal training, if this aligns with your goals.
The live sessions will be supported by accompanying online self-guided material, which allows the flexibility to work at your own pace. I will be available throughout for support.
