Pelvic Floor Coaching – 1:1

Personalised pelvic floor support to help you understand your body, rebuild strength, and feel confident returning to or progressing exercise.

This is ideal if you want guidance tailored specifically to your body, goals and lifestyle, and prefer to work at your own pace.

How it works:

Ahead of our session, I'll send a detailed pelvic-floor-health screening form for you to complete. This helps me fully understand your background and concerns, so we can use our time as effectively as possible and ensure you leave the session feeling confident and ready to move forwards.

During the bespoke 75-minute assessment and movement session, we explore your current symptoms, movement patterns, breathing, and core function.

You’ll leave with:

• a clearer understanding of what’s going on

• practical strategies you can use straight away

• guidance on next steps, including whether ongoing support would be helpful

Sessions cost £70, with follow-on sessions available at a lower rate.

Optional extra: after the session you have the option to purchase access to the Adore Your Floor resource hub (£10). This will help reinforce and build on the knowledge you gained during our session, and also provides follow-along breathing and movement videos to support you as you get stronger.

Please note: this is not a medical assessment or diagnosis. As a coach, I focus on movement, exercise, and education to support your pelvic floor health. Where appropriate, I may recommend working alongside a pelvic health physiotherapist.

These sessions are conducted at the Freshford training space, or online if preferred.
