I’m Liz, and I help people of all ages build lasting strength, improve mobility, and feel more energised. I believe that movement is medicine — and that when we move well, we feel better in every part of life.
As a personal trainer, I specialise in combining strength and mobility training to improve how your body moves — whether that's for everyday life or to enhance athletic performance.
At Freshford Fitness, there are three pathways to support your fitness journey:
Group Fitness Sessions

1:1 or 1:2 Personal Training
Many clients choose to blend group sessions with personal training to get the best of both worlds — motivation, structure, and personalised guidance.

Bespoke 1:1 or 1:2 personal training, designed to help you reach your fitness and movement goals.

Effective, time-efficient and fun group fitness sessions for all levels and goals.

If you are hoping to gift personal training sessions, it's worth getting in touch to check there is availability that will suit your recipient.
• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
• Six-session packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Class passes are designed to be used within a half-term block and have a two-month expiry. The expiry begins from the first booked session.
If cancelling a session booked with a pass, you must do so at least 2 hours in advance to retain the class credit.
Unused credits cannot be refunded after the two-month period.
Drop-in bookings are non-refundable, but a catch-up class on another day will be offered wherever possible.
